Bletam HomeCare AFH LLC is a State licensed Adult Family Home that accepts Medicaid and provides RN delegated care through trained and certified staff.

Our caregivers receive specialty training to support residents living with dementia, mental health conditions, and developmental disabilities.

We work with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and coordinate Community Behavioral Health Services (CBHS) through providers and plans including Molina, Coordinated Care, UnitedHealthcare, Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW), and Wellpoint to support residents’ behavioral health and long-term care needs.
